I know! You’re used to browsing in High Street shops and just wandering around seeing what’s on the rails. But buying your Bridal Dress is a unique experience that you’ve never done before (but I also cater for those more mature brides who have been there before!!)
You will be entering a very weird and unnatural environment, seeing racks of amazing lace, tulle and satin exotic dresses like you’ve never seen, yet alone tried on, before. So where on earth to begin
Well this is where booking with a Bridal Consultant is worth the £25 booking fee.
I have been running my Bridal shop for 21 years and reckon to have seen over 10,000 brides and :(bridesmaids during those years. I’ve seen every possible body shape and had to deal with weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy and sheer panic over whether you’ve made the right decision! I seem to have an almost “psychic” ability to know what dress will suit my client and can select the right dress to suit every aspect of your wedding.
This is a completely different experience from merely “shopping” for your wedding dress without any support or knowledge from the sales assistant, as I will work with you to ensure you feel fantastic in your wedding dress and it fulfils all your wedding dreams for your special day.
There’s never any pressure to buy (I often insist that a Bride goes away and thinks about it) but you can rest assured that I only want the best for my girls!
So in summary, I charge £25 (which is refundable against ANY purchase) because I have a wonderful 97% success rate so those brides get the fee taken off the cost of their dress. And the small 3% have had a wonderful informative session which gives them a unique insight into the bridal industry which arms them for any future appointments elsewhere.
