You have 7 days from the date of dispatch by courier to let us know by email that it’s not for you! You must arrange for a “Signed For” return (at your cost) so that there’s no doubt that we have received the dress back safely. We check for any signs of damage, inc make up or general marks and as long as it’s “as new” we will refund you in full.
All wedding dresses are designed by respected manufacturers who each have their own size chart which DOES NOT relate to High Street sizing. They are tailored to fit a bust, waist and hip measurement and whilst some alterations may be necessary, you MUST take your own body measurements to ensure that any dress is suitable.
